Every Cordillera Child A Reader
(ECARP) is a
program that directly addresses the thrust of the Department of Education
to make every Cordillera child a reader by the third year of schooling

Mobile Teaching Program (Multi-grade Program)
is an
educational program which addresses access to and progress in quality
education. It is an alternative delivery of educational services which
involves children of different ages, development skills and abilities
learning together with one teacher.

Accreditation Program for Public Elementary Schools (APPES)
is
a voluntary evaluation system designed to empower all public elementary
schools to strive for excellence through recognition and enlightened
self-evaluation based on agreed standards of excellence and incentives.

CPC-V Child Friendly School System (CFSS) is one of the
three projects under the Education Program to strengthen the educational
system's capability to implement CRC provisions. It creates enabling
policy environment, develop models and build support system for CFSS.
5.
Preschool Service Contracting Program (PSCP)
is an
alternative educational delivery system which provides 6 months preschool
experiences to prospective Grade I pupils in the 5th and 6th class
municipalities, urban slums and relocation areas.
6.
First Language Component- Bridging Program
is an alternative
approach for learning the basic subjects for children whose environment
does not provide them exposures to the target languages, Filipino and
English.
